Fall, Sin & Judgement : Part 4 – Romans 5

14 – 17 February

Sin & death through Adam

This chapter contrasts 2 men: Adam and Christ

▪️ Adam brought death

▪️ Christ brought life to all who acknowledge Him.

▪️ God is showing us how when we were still sinners, Jesus the Righteous One died for us, on our behalf.

▪️ Why wouldn’t God do much more for us, now that we belong?

▪️ How have you acknowledged this work of Jesus on your behalf?

Something to think about, then take some time to reflect on your answers

Rom 5:10 – For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

If, as His enemies we were brought near to Him through Jesus, why would He abandon us now?

▪️ What conclusions can you draw from this?

God is always there for us. We need to acknowledge him through everything we do and say. All he wants us to do is ask him for what we want, knock and he will open the door, seek and we will find what we are looking for.
His love for us is never ending and pure. His blood will wash our sins Saway. And make us new again. Making us wiser. S
Making us better people than we were before
    Helping us to see beyond.
